About Joint Care

Nunzio Bivona is a fully qualified Clinical Sports Therapist.  He trained at Newcastle College to gain diplomas in Clinical Sports Therapy, Anatomy and Physiology, Body Massage and Health and Fitness Studies.

He has studied at Newcastle College, St James' Park and the Clatterbridge Hospital and is qualified in Clinical Sports Therapy, Remedial Massage, Anatomy & Physiology, Food & Nutrition, and Health & Fitness studies.

In addition, he is further qualfied as a general practicioner in Acupuncture and has trained in an Osteopathy clinic.

He currently provides a physiotherapist service for Tow Law AFC, and has previous experience with a number of other local Football clubs.

On a personal front, Nunzio is a 4th Dan Karate Black Belt, Karate instructor and Self Defence instructor with Hung Sao Do Freestyle Karate.
